In the heart of the Sierra Crestellina, our students will be able to be farmers for a day, making their own cheeses by hand using the traditional family recipe, as well as, milking payoya goats.
Prices and schedules
Our academy has agreements with agencies. As we have different prices, programs and shcedules depending on the season, amount of participants and required services, we seek to offer our students the best possible conditions.
